For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "lakiwi," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to lakiwi and its operators, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents who provide the online casino and sports betting services accessible at lakiwi.net.
• "User," "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the lakiwi platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a registered player on the lakiwi platform, through which the player may access gaming services, manage funds, and interact with promotional offers.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, betting markets, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, slot machines, promotional offers, customer support, and any other features made available on the lakiwi platform.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to Philippine Peso, the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the functional currency of all transactions on the lakiwi platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free spins, or promotional values credited to a player's account pursuant to a lakiwi promotional offer, which are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to PHP deposits made by the player directly to their lakiwi account via approved payment channels.

By accessing the lakiwi website, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held.

To access the full range of lakiwi Services, you are required to create a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the lakiwi platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether by the same person or by related persons sharing a device, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. This information is used for account verification, communication, and responsible gaming compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. lakiwi will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility. lakiwi reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any suspicious account activity. You agree to provide such documentation as we reasonably request, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All transactions on the lakiwi platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). lakiwi supports deposits via the following approved payment channels:

• GCash — Instant deposit via linked GCash mobile wallet
• PayMaya — Instant deposit via PayMaya e-wallet
• BPI — Bank transfer via Bank of the Philippine Islands
• BDO — Bank transfer via Banco de Oro
• Metrobank — Bank transfer via Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly and reflect in your lakiwi account within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the processing schedules of the respective financial institution.

lakiwi does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider for applicable fees before initiating a deposit.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and the player's account tier.

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Funds balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.

Before a withdrawal request can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must have successfully completed identity verification (KYC) for the applicable withdrawal tier.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account must be fully met or the bonus must be forfeited prior to withdrawal.

lakiwi reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be declined and the funds returned to the player's account balance.

lakiwi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special event promotions tied to Philippine holidays and sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as published on the promotions page at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all lakiwi promotional offers:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are detailed in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active on your account, placing a single bet that exceeds the maximum bonus bet limit (as stated in the promotion terms) may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Any bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. You may not stack multiple bonuses simultaneously unless the promotion terms explicitly permit this.

All games available on the lakiwi platform — including live dealer casino games, slot machines, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets — operate according to their respective game rules, which are published within each game interface and are accessible to all players before participation.

lakiwi is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All random-outcome games on the platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that each game result is entirely independent, unpredictable, and free from manipulation. Live dealer games are operated by professional dealers in controlled studio environments and are subject to independent auditing.

By participating in any game on the lakiwi platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG technology or real-time live dealing and are not influenced by prior results, account history, or any other external factor.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee returns on any individual session or bet.
• Technical failures or connectivity issues during a game session are logged and investigated. In the event of a dispute caused by a technical fault, lakiwi's records shall constitute the authoritative record of the game session.
• Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change prior to the start of an event. Bets placed and confirmed before an odds change are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lakiwi platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account details to access the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or withdrawal.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, access the platform, or circumvent security measures.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting intended to defraud the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering, or using the lakiwi platform as a mechanism to obscure the origin of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lakiwi staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

All content on the lakiwi platform — including but not limited to the lakiwi name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of lakiwi and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the lakiwi platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the lakiwi platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any lakiwi content or software.
• Use any lakiwi branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without explicit authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the lakiwi website for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorized use of lakiwi intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws, and lakiwi reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

lakiwi is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should always be treated as such — never as a source of income, financial relief, or a way to recover losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lakiwi shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.

lakiwi's total aggregate liability to any player, for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions, shall be limited to the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that player into their lakiwi account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lakiwi does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other technical issues. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability, and lakiwi accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of service downtime.

lakiwi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or for any other reason that lakiwi deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of its players.

Upon termination of an account by lakiwi for cause, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

Players may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the lakiwi support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon account closure at the player's request, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, less any applicable processing fees, within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the lakiwi platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a player and lakiwi, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and the lakiwi internal complaints process before initiating formal legal proceedings. Complaints may be submitted to the lakiwi support team, which will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days.

lakiwi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lakiwi will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice on the lakiwi website.

Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the lakiwi website unless a later effective date is specified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the lakiwi platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 13.
